Lemon and white chocolate cookie

This Thicc Bake is a lemon cookie dough with white chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks. It's filled with a lemon curd center. Finished off with an icing sugar dusting.

You can eat all our bakes cold, but I always recommend warming the cookies up to get the most out of that gooey center.

-5 minutes in the oven/air fryer at 170
